Manuka Honey
Manuka Honey comes from the flowers of the Manuka bush, a native plant of New Zealand. It grows wild on much of the unspoilt and undeveloped land found all over new Zealand. Active Manuka Honey with the UMF property however is gathered from Manuka bushes which are found in only a few areas in New Zealand. It is yet to be known as to why only some Manuka honey have the unique UMF antibacterial property.
